By accessing the Site, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

3. Product Specifications & Liability

Technical specifications (such as Load Capacity) are based on laboratory testing under ideal conditions.
Usage Responsibility: Vacuum suction cups are safety-critical components. Super Hobby Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper use, overloading, or failure to maintain our products. Users are responsible for testing the suitability of the product for their specific application.
4. OEM/ODM Services
For custom manufacturing orders:
- Tooling: Molds created for custom projects remain the exclusive property of the client once the tooling fee is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate manufacturing agreement.
- Tolerances: Standard ISO 2768-m tolerances apply to all rubber and plastic parts unless specific engineering drawings indicating otherwise are provided and agreed upon.
5. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; and (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of The People’s Republic of China. Super Hobby Co. Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Shenzhen, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
