Day 1-2

3D Design & Simulation

Send us your rough sketch or device sample. Our R&D team uses SolidWorks to design the suction cup geometry, simulating vacuum retention forces to ensure it meets your load requirements (e.g., 50kg for cinema rigs).

Day 3-9

Rapid Tooling (Mold Making)

We operate 5 in-house CNC machining centers. For urgent projects, we use 7075 Aluminum molds (7-day turnaround). For high-volume mass production (>100k units), we cut hardened Steel molds.

Rubber Formulation & Sampling

The secret to a good suction cup is the rubber. We don't just buy rubber; we mix it. We adjust hardness (Shore A) and additives to ensure:

For Ski Racks: Cold resistant (-30°C) EPDM.
For Car Mounts: UV-Proof, Non-marking NBR.

Assembly, QC & Shipping

Every single electric vacuum lifter undergoes a 24-hour pressure holding test. We offer custom packaging services (Color Box / Blister) for Amazon sellers.
