Plastic breaks; metal endures. Engineered specifically for the automotive glass industry, this tool swaps fragile plastic components for a rugged metal handle and brass-plunger assembly. It is the definitive solution for handling curved windshields in unforgiving shop environments.

Full-Metal Chassis

For the Pro: Unlike standard cups that use ABS plastic pumps, this unit features a machined metal plunger and handle. It resists impact damage from drops, ensuring longevity in high-volume auto repair shops.

Why it matters: You can drop it on concrete, and it keeps working. It’s built like a tank.

Curved Glass Geometry

For the Pro: The 6-inch pad utilizes a specialized deep-dish rubber profile. This allows for a secure vacuum seal on compound curves with a radius as tight as 12 inches (305 mm)—perfect for modern aerodynamic windshields.

Why it matters: Standard flat cups will slide off a curved car window. This one grips the curve tight.

Operating Protocol

1

Pump to Secure

Place on clean glass. Pump the metal plunger repeatedly until the Red Line is completely hidden inside the housing.

2

Monitor The Line

While lifting, keep an eye on the plunger. If the Red Line reappears, set the load down immediately and re-pump.

3

Instant Release

Once finished, do not pry. Simply pull the “Release Tab” on the rubber edge to break the seal instantly.

Maintenance Tip:
Replace rubber pad every 2 years. Keep suction hole clear of liquid.
