A: If your application is strictly on flat glass or polished stone, the Flat pad offers the highest rigidity. If you plan to mount on vehicle bodies, boat hulls, or curved industrial tanks, the Concave pad is required to accommodate the surface radius.
A: The vacuum seal itself holds perfectly underwater. However, visual monitoring of the red line can be difficult depending on water clarity and depth. For underwater use, we recommend ensuring a solid lock on the surface (dry if possible) before submersion.
